Heya, I’m Pheebs, [Over 18] F, huge gamer geek, into everything ttrpg (CR, d20, even dread series and many other similar shows). I’m looking for a kind group to play some DnD 5e with a consistent long campaign being the dream, but more than happy with shorter campaigns or one shots - even with other systems!
Kind being the key word here, I haven’t had the best interactions searching for a group online so I don’t have high expectations but am too keen to not try again ☺️
I’ve missed playing for a while now as a previous GM of 6+ years roughly, and coming back to the hobby after a bit of a break. I’m pretty flexible at the moment so availability should be easy to schedule. I am in Australia (AEST) but dont mind having to wake up early or stay up late for the right gang ♥ The new rules and classes changes has got me all excited and feeling new again, although 5e is where my experience is I’m not against learning any new systems!
Feel free to add my discord [peebeex] if you you’ve got a spot, for any questions, suggestions in communities, or for a friendly nerdy yap hah, always enjoy hearing about homebrew worlds.
Just seeing if there’s anything out there, thank you for reading, good luck with your rolls and stay safe 😊
If you’re looking for a kind, community-focused space to get back into TTRPGs, you might enjoy The Nexus — a long-running, 18+ Westmarch-style D&D 5e community hosted on Discord. We focus primarily on homebrew worlds, with multiple GMs offering voice-based sessions across a variety of time zones, including those that work well for AEST.
Whether you're interested in shorter arcs, one-shots, or settling into something more consistent, there's a lot of flexibility. We also support Play-by-Post (PbP) and Text-Based Roleplay (TRP) for those who enjoy writing-driven storytelling between live games.
We strictly use the 2014 D&D 5e ruleset — no 2024 content. Character creation is supported via D&D Beyond, Google Sheets, or Dicecloud.
