I'm looking for four players for a Dragons of Stormwreck Isle campaign starting this Thursday, July 17. This game is meant for novices to DnD. I am also relatively new to DMing, so this will be a learning experience for both of us.
**UPDATE** The campaign will likely be four or five sessions, and the first session will be free. If you enjoy yourself and want to continue, each additional session will be $5, payable via *****, PayPal, or CashApp.
Ideally, the party should have players in the following roles:
-A front line warrior (fighter, barbarian, or paladin)
-A skill monkey (rogue, bard, or ranger)
-A healer (cleric or druid; cleric recommended for a beginner)
-A primary magic user (sorcerer or warlock recommended for a beginner, although wizards can work if you're up for a lot of spell description reading)
If you are interested and can commit to a first session this coming Thursday at 7 PM (~3 hour session), please message me, tell me a bit about yourself and your background with tabletop games and DnD (including video games), and let me know what type of character you'd like to play. If everything checks out, I'll send you a link to the DnD Beyond campaign group. You can create a character there, which I'll give you feedback on. There are plenty of YouTube tutorials on building a solid character for any given class.
We'll be playing with DnD Beyond for characters and Maps virtual tabletop, so you'll need an account there, but you don't need a paid version. The free version works for players.
I hope to hear from you soon, and to start adventuring later this week!
