"What has happened to our family? I lament what we have become. The halls of Raventree Estate once echoed with love and joy. Now, there is only suffering. Some say that time heals all wounds, but betrayal leaves wounds that will never knit. Is this the legacy I worked so hard to secure? Raventree in ruin. Trapped between life and death. Lost amidst shadow and chaos. A house divided."
A House Divided is a tale of gothic horror and familial drama. The adventure features immersive exploration and tactically challenging combat, but its primary gameplay emphasis is social interaction with a rich cast of nuanced characters. What choices will the party make within the halls of Raventree Estate? What allegiances will they forge and what betrayals will they commit? Will the heroes restore the manor to its former glory, release it from its torment, or seize its power for their own? Tone: The module presents itself as serious and dark (but who doesn't enjoy some appropriate humor). Focusing on narrative roleplay, descriptive exploration, and tactical combat

Please message me on this platform, within: 1. A greeting with your preferred name 2. Your experience with D&D 5e2024 and FoundryVTT 3. Your matching availability 4. The types of games you've previously enjoyed and/or why this game seems right to you. 5. Any of your unanswered questions
1. Hello! My name's Madz or Madison and I'm actually applying for both myself and my partner! His name's Titus. It's nice to meet you!
2. My experience with D&D as a whole is about 7 years now (Titus is about the same) and I'd say for the 2024 rules about 6 months now. FoundryVTT I'm pretty new with but my partner is more familiar. We both love it so far and think Foundry is really cool!
3. Thursdays would work for both of us.
4. I really love spooky/dark themes in games. Curse of Strahd is a favorite of mine (even tho I've never finished it unfortunately) And we both really enjoy World of Darkness/Vampire the Masquerade for those similar vibes. We had seen the House Divided module before and thought it looked really cool but have never tried it.
5. Mostly curious if there are any special notes for character creation for this module or if homebrew is welcome in this campaign.
If you'd like feel free to add me on discord @ marshmallowmadz ! Thank you so much!
