voice is required, and we use VTT (Roll20). Text channels for RP (but feel free to RP in mission as well, plenty of us do). Missions tend to be 85%+ combat, with a few investigatory/diplomatic missions here and there. And Text RP is just RP 99% of the time, with a rare DM run event.
