Hello all! I'm a DM currently running two games, soon to be three. But I'm looking to add more!
About me: You can call me Dylan! I'm a lover of stories and dungeons and dragons. I grew up loving the genre of fantasy, especially Lord of the Rings. After trying writing my own books for a while, I decided to give DM'ing a shot. I started a few months ago and I love doing it, and am running multiple games a week already. Out of all things in my DM'ing style, I prioritize player agency. I've been in games before where a DM told me 'no' for reasons I cannot fathom and I really can't stand doing that to my players. Unless it's something that is against the rules we agree on I likely will always say 'yes' to your actions. Along with that I always try to make each experience new, by taking into account my players characters backstories. All that has lead to many a player of mine having fun, and as I always say, if the players aren't having fun, I sure ain't either!
The campaign: One of them is Seasons of the Fey! A great lord of the fey has grown tired of his troublesome children, each ruling a part of the fey realm. Whether out of boredom, or by truly thinking well of them, he has decided that a certain group of mortals might be just what he needs to try and get his children back in line. After offering you a great reward, or threatening you with great punishment, you're sent to the beautiful, and dangerous, land of the fey. Whether by force, tricks, or diplomacy, it is up to you now to bring some semblance of peace to a chaotic, strange land.
The campaign starts at level 4 and should go to level 7, taking you through the Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring courts, each ruled by a different fey lord or lady.
I also have the Waterdeep Dragon Heist module ready, with my own little twist on things as well, eager to run it and send you on the search for quite a bit of gold!
The Seasons of the Fey has 2/6 possible players right now, and we can start soon as we get one more!
Waterdeep Dragon Heist currently has 1/6 players right now.
