Game: D&D5e24 or PF2eR Group type: Face-to-face Experience: medium+ (with exceptions) Location/Timezone: Berlin (Pankow) Schedule: weekly, Wednesday evening Roles sought: Players (4-6) Game style: Proactive, roleplay focused, not sandbox
Hey all!
I am Nikolai, 28, and have been running a weekly TTRPG session online for about 4 years now. But I have decided it is finally time to take my hobby offline and start playing in person. So I am assembling a new group, and for that, I need some players!
Let's get the basics out first: I would like to have a more long term weekly game. My ideal timeslot is Wednesday evening and the sessions will happen at my place in Berlin-Pankow.
My play-style is roleplay-focused, but with a healthy amount of combat. The games I like to run are story driven, but focused on the player characters. Proactive, but not a sandbox. What this means in more simple terms: I value a good story and roleplay. I want to let the PCs decide how they want to solve the problems the story presents. This story will involve the backstory and personal goals of the PCs, but it will also provide a general structure and flow that guide the story.
The game will be either D&D 5th edition (2024 rules) or Pathfinder 2e Remaster, let's decide that together.
What I expect from you: I am looking for reliable people that want to play in a story based game. Although this game is aimed at more experienced players, committed new-commers are welcome.Otherwise the only restriction is that you should be an adult and OK with all sexualities, genders and origins.
The content that I am presenting might involve themes of body horror and some light gore. It shouldn't be anything too extreme, but do be warned.
My idea was to get started with a medium length pre-written. For now, my plan is to run Waterdeep: Dragonheist, but set in Sharn, Eberron and re-written to be proactive instead of strictly linear.
The game itself will be run in English btw.
So, if you are interested, introduce yourself below and I'll shoot you a DM!
