I have been DM'ing a 5e group for a bit over 2 years now. Players have come and gone, but we have managed to keep at least two original players and me at all times. And that is what we are down to now. We would really like to get 2 or 3 new players to join our hi-jinx. As this is a fairly significant overhaul, we will start a new campaign when you, the 2 or 3 new players, start.
As we know, it's all in the Details:
We meet weekly at our host's (one of the players) house in Milton, WA. Currently we play on Monday evenings 630pm to somewhere between 830pm and 930pm. If you are not available on Monday evenings, but have some other week night available, DO NOT HESITATE to let me know! We are flexible and willing to adjust if it makes sense (really the only night we will not consider is Saturday).
Philosophy: Fun first, second, third and fourth. The Rules are a framework but they are not there to give me, the DM, a reason to tell you NO. I WANT your PC to do crazy stuff! Let's laugh at the table, not spend our time debating grappling rules.
We are newbie friendly (but please be at least 21 years of age as there is often beer being drank - less often, but occasionally, Whisk(e)y tasting) we have introduced multiple players to the wonders of D&D (and it wasn't our fault they didn't stay for the long haul! Work and military commitments supersede dice rolling shenanigans).
Style: I prefer to be as sandbox as possible, but if it needs to have some rails to lead the party by the nose, I can and will do it ever so gently. If you want to get deep story driven and roleplay like, I'm your huckleberry. I have the worst Scottish/Irish/cockney accent you have ever heard. And I love breaking it out. (I realize story driven and roleplay aren't mutually inclusive, but I like how it flowed so work with me) Hack and Slash/Murder Hobo? Yes. Dungeon Delve? To use the name of a streaming D&D group - There will be Dungeons. You want to min your max? or, even better, max your min? Do it. Rules Lawyer? See above for our philosophy and if you can work with that, I can work with you.
All of you reading this are awesome and I hope to hear from a few of you!
Fellow player here from Gig Harbor. Would love to join you for some legendary adventures. I'm really new to this and have only really played for a month total.

I would like to join your group. I've been playing d&d for a little while. If you are still looking for another player I'd like to join.
