Game: D&D 5e (2024 rules) Group type: Online Experience: anyone is welcome (New players are also welcome to join) Location/Timezone: My Timezone is GMT+2 Schedule: Weekday afternoon/evening (exact time to be decided with the group) Roles sought: Players (4-6) Game style: Homebrew world with a balance of RP/Combat/Intrigue/Exploration
A little about me: I am a semi-experienced dm. I have dm'd campaigns and oneshots before but this is my first fully homebrew world. I am in no way professional, but I am pretty laid back and like to use rule of cool mindset. I am great with introducing the game to newer players, so any new players are welcome to reply as well.
The World: The Elemental Ring
Long ago the world broke apart into four vast Elemental Expanses — Fire, Water, Earth, and Air — each overflowing with its own raw power. The extremes are uninhabitable: oceans that boil, deserts of living flame, storms that never end. Only the borderlands between two elements are calm enough for life. From those border zones rose six civilizations: Metal lands, Steamlands, Naturewilds, Stormlands, Spiritlands and Dustlands.
Spell restrictions: There might be some hindrances and restrictions for spellcasters, as you might not be able to use certain elemental based spells if you are not from that corresponding nation, unless you have a really good/cool in world reason for it (or tied to your backstory)
If you are interested, you can let me know by responding here and answering the following questions:
Your discord name?
Your experience level with dnd or ttrpg? (It dosen't matter, but it nice to know)
Your timezone?
What day and time would work best for you?
