So I'm looking at running my first game as a DM and figured that I'd start easy with one of the pre-made adventures. After some careful reading I ended up settling on The Lost Mine of Phandelver (not to be confused with Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk, mainly so I can keep this first DM experiences short and sweet.)
I'm looking for four additional players, the games would take place on a Monday at around 13:00 to 14:00 GBT (Great British Time) with a session zero on ideally the 10th of November, the game will be using the original version written by Rich Baker, a veteran Dungeons & Dragons designer and novelist
Currently have one player already playing a Lancelot inspired Paladin, so looking for four players to take up the rolls of Wizard (or like Sorcerer) Cleric, Rouge (or Thief) and a Bard to try to round out the party and make sure everyone has a unique roll. Ideally good aligned players that seek a thrilling and deep roleplaying experience.
Should mention, their be a discord to join, its an online game as well and also you will need a camera, I've been involved in games in the past which just devolved into chaos, mostly due to perceived notion of being anonymous and I'm hoping having a desktop camera on will make it feel more personable as well.
Hope some of you guys will reach out and join me on this classic adventure!
