Hello! A few friends and I are looking for a DM for Saturday or Sunday evenings (ET). We are a group of 4-5 experienced players (ages 23+) that have played together for years at this point. We typically DM for each other, but we want an opportunity to all be players together. We are good with homebrew or modules, but we have played a fair bit of modules together already (Rime of the Frost Maiden, Out of the Abyss, Curse of Strahd, The Wild Beyond the Witchlight, Vecna: Eve of Ruin, Descent into Avernus, Chains of Asmodeus, Light of Xarydis, Abomination Vaults, Lost Mines of Phandelver).
We love a good mix of both RP and combat. We can be silly and goofy sometimes, and can be serious the next. We love making meaningful characters with backstory (sometimes even too long of a backstory) that may contain mature content. We do tend to make mechanically strong characters and see how busted we can get using RAW, but we do try to make those mechanics apply to backstory and current ongoings in the campaign.
We usually use Discord for calls and Roll20 for maps, but are open to trying other applications if needed.
We would love a DM that wants to get their creativity out, have some fun, and is easy-going. Would love to talk and see if we would vibe together!

Hi! I'm Flurry, I'm 22 and nonbinary. I've been playing for about 6 years now, at least since high school lol. I've been playing with and gming for the same group for the majority of those years but we are all in different situations now and our schedules aren't really aligning so I'm trying to branch out, a pre established group sounds like a safer bet than risking it with people that don't know each other lol.
Current concepts I've been wanting to run:
- High fantasy Edwardian era detectives, sherlock holms vibes with the severity of the crimes being dependent on everyone's comfort zones - A cozier game where yall are the few remaining residents of a town that got razed by dragons and are now working together to build it back up - A more political intrigue oriented game where your all members of a royals personal court and need to help them claim the throne - Fantasy school, yall are first years (starting at age 11) at a school for nobles, the wealthy, and a few gifted commoners - this would use a dnd inspired homebrew system and be on the more light hearted shenanigans side of things.
