Campaign Premise: The Price of Power
Chrysanthemum 26th, Year 29
In the world of Dolf, far to the north, lies the kingdom of Meeran. Here, the child-king Renavius Percius Vanmere VII sits upon the High Throne, a crown far too heavy for a child’s head. With the heir too young to rule, whispers of succession and claims of blood ignite conflict across the realm. Noble houses maneuver like vultures circling the throne, and the land groans under the weight of their ambitions.
It is in this turmoil that power is seized, bartered, and broken. Lords sharpen daggers as quickly as they forge alliances. Minor houses gamble their futures in pursuit of scraps. Merchants, mercenaries, and monsters alike take advantage of a kingdom that no longer knows where loyalty lies.
And at the edge of this chaos, at the crossroads of ambition, stands the crumbling town of Blackhollow. Once a proud border stronghold, now it festers in ruin. Its walls are shattered, its chapel decays, and its streets are ruled not by kings, but by whispers. Here, the Council of the Hollow keeps order—not with justice, but with fear, debts, and blood-oaths.
You arrive in Blackhollow with little more than your name, your wits, and the hunger to carve a place for yourself in a land where every choice bears a cost. To survive, you will bargain, betray, and bleed. To rise, you will crush enemies, burn bridges, and seize what others cannot.
For in Meeran, as in Blackhollow, there is but one truth whispered in every hall, tavern, and chapel:

Hello all my name is Shock. Should you join me and the my other players I would be your DM. I'm looking to interview people for our Saturday Night games as we've had to demote a player to guest player due to life circumstances. For now I'm not looking for character concepts I'm looking for a player who isn't afraid to be a bit more social.

Edit: I would ask the players to keep in mind this is a very loose and homebrewed game. I'm not very strict at all and Fun wins overall for the most part. This game is about 70% RP, 20% Combat, 10% Exploration.

Hey there Shock! :) This sounds perfect for me! I already have a character and 1 campaign experience but our DM just got too busy with sales work and 6 months ago, dropped our campaign midway through. We'd both be gaining what we lost haha!
