Hello, I’m interested in getting my feet wet with being a dungeon master. I would like to run a low level one shot this month over Discord. The exact date is undetermined; however, I’ll invite people to a my server and make a poll for potential days/times. I will be available pretty much 24/7 because of winter break and I have no plans. Although I’m on PST.
It will be theater of the mind unless I’m able to get comfortable with Roll20.
Any level experience player is welcomed so long as you understand that this will be my first time DMing.

I'm sure that you're not available 24/7, so could you provide your time zone and approximate hours which would be best for you to run a game at? That would help eliminate people who are in an very incompatible time zone.
May be interested. I have played 4-5 one shots over the last year and dmed 4-5 one shots over the last year. Just started as a player in a long term campaign. I am very patient and willing to play and assist DM behind the scenes. The DNDbeyond VTT is easy to use as well.
