Hi there! I'm a 26 y/o writer and roleplayer of many years who is looking for a D&D group. I'm in GMT timezone, but I can also play in EST comfortably as I am a bit of a night owl. I've played 2-3 TTRPG campaigns so far and still sometimes need help with rules, but I grasp all the core concepts just fine. I enjoy a strong roleplay focus and weaving narratives and character chemistry together, so I am not as interested in gaming the system or 'winning' in any sense. As far as I am concerned, the system is a framework to tell a story. I am preferably looking for a group that is LGBTQ+ friendly and disability friendly. My schedule is quite open!
hi there! I am a new player and i am 11 years old. i have never played a campaign of D&D. i am willing to play. by the way what time are the games in your timezone because i’m in australia.
I might be able to join what level do we start (my characters are level 2, but I can upgrade if needed) I live in est so I would like games around 9:30 - 12 or whatever, personally I do not care if anyone is LGBTQ, I just wanna be friendly and support my group with my support character(s).
Hello! I'm about to start a short campaign on Tuesdays at 6pm EST. I've been DMing for 6 years and I'm always looking for engaged players who care about the story we’re creating together. I'm a passionate world builder, and my DM style is a great fit for players who enjoy deep character arcs, complex social encounters, and thoughtful storytelling.
The Game: When the local river started making everyone sick, people learned to purify it. Then the fish started making people sick, and the people of Duchy Silvoth lost their livelihood. The issue has finally come to the wealthy’s attention, and you find yourself on the front line.
It's a paid game which isn't feasible for everyone, but I can guarantee a dedicated DM and thoughtful players. Send me a message (discord anya3322) or check out the link if you're interested in learning more: https://startplaying.games/adventure/cmj3a5pw40018kw047d5dj607
Based on what you’ve written, you’d likely be a very good fit for The Nexus, especially given your emphasis on roleplay, narrative chemistry, and story-first play.
Here’s what we offer, at a glance:
18+ LGBTQAI+ friendly community (actively moderated, inclusive by design)
Disability-friendly and patient tables with a strong RP culture
Westmarch-style structure where each DM runs their own world, themes, and narrative focus
Global community with games running every day, including GMT- and EST-friendly times
Play-by-Post / TRP options alongside live sessions, great for writers and night owls
D&D Beyond campaign links for easy character management and content sharing
We run 2014 D&D 5e with all official content, starting at level 3 with a generous 35 Point Buy. The Westmarch setup means you’re never locked into one table — you join games that suit your schedule, RP interests, and preferred tone, whether that’s intrigue-heavy, character-driven, or classic adventure.
