I have a number of groups starting/recruiting over the next couple of weeks:
A weekly mini campaign on Mondays or Tuesdays running maybe 4-8 episodes. (L1 to start)
A twice monthly episodic game on Fridays. (4-8 episode season 2)
An occasional Sunday evening game using D&DBeyond and MapsVTT (currently L2)
Each game is first person role playing, good aligned heroes, with limited/no out of character, and are a touch on the grittier side. I have 40+ years of xp as a GM but all are great games for beginners.
All games are 5e and not using most 2024 rules as of yet. All previously published official WotC classes and player species are allowed (subject to tweaks for balance).
We will be using video as it greatly enhances the roleplay.

Yes I'm willing to do video. (I have a decent camera. Nothing high-end but not horrible quality)

Beginner but I think I have the basics.

I'm gravitating towards a hero who is a protector of nature. Doesn't care about fame or recognition (content on being an unsung hero). A gritty, straightforward and blunt kind of personality (does what needs to be done - not afraid to get their hands dirty).
