Game: D&D 5e
Group preferred: Online
Experience: I’ve been playing 5E exclusively for 3.5 yrs
Location/Timezone: Ontario, CAN Eastern time zone
Availability: Mondays - all day (could work with a Uk or AUS group that meet in the evenings) Fridays -morning 7am-11am ET) and nighttime after 7pm-12am ET. Avail me some Saturday's as well.
Preferred role: Player (have some DM experience with my kids group of friends)
Game style: I LOVE to role play and I enjoy deep stories with moments for ass kicking. I am looking to really develop my character, so having those opportunities to grow her through her backstory would be amazing. My fav classes are Barbarian and Rogue (looking to play a barbarian as I have played a rogue the last 3 games). I have played a wizard, barbarian and a million rogues.
I don’t want an intensely serious group(rules heavy) but I also want to be a part of a group that can have fun and keep it story driven. It’s about balance 😉 I would love to be a part of a campaign but willing to see where this post takes me. I am new to online forums and DnD online, all of the groups I have played with have been in person. I am also over 40 so a mature group would suit me best.
I have multiple games running currently. Two Curse of Strahd games that meet weekly. Monday night is 9:30 pm EDT and Friday night at 6pm EDT.
A free first session so you can get a feel if the group and me as the dm are a good fit. We can do a brief session 0 to fill you in.
Sessions are $20 a session for 2-3 hours and both games are in session 3-4.
The players have been awesome. Obviously some hesitation in the first session to feel the group out but everyone is really starting to come into their own at this point!

Hello and thank you for the reply! I am currently running this campaign for my teen and her friends so I’m not sure how you feel about that. I am home brewing a large portion of it to fit their play style, thoughts?
That's totally fine by me if you want to join! My only concern with it is with it being paid. I certainly don't want you paying for something that you already know. I'm running other campaigns that don't have enough characters to start currently, but you're more than welcome to join the curse of strahd ones as long as it's going to be worthwhile for you! I am adding my own Homebrew elements to the story, but I am trying to respect the fact that the players want to experience the story, so I'm not trying to take away too much from that itself.
