Looking for players of any experience level who are interested in going on an epic adventure and making some new friends!

Hi everyone! I am a life long DM looking to get back into the game after a two year hiatus, but now I need some awesome players to help bring my story to life! I would prefer players with some amount of experience but the most important thing is to love the game and be invested in making some new friends to have fun with! If you are not interested in role playing and working together to create a richer narrative than this might not be the group for you.

The story I have in mind takes place in the Moonshae Isles of the Forgotten Realms, we will be using published content as a baseline but this will be a homebrew world so changes will be made from the official canon. The Moonshaes are a fantastic land filled with inspiration from Irish mythology and Arthurian legend so you can expect lots of political intrigue and Fey nonsense lol. I'm ideally looking for people who would be interested in collabortively building their characters with me to fit the setting so that I can then write the story around them, but if you have a concept in mind you are dying to use I am open to adapting them into our setting.

Hello! Long-time DnD follower with limited experience here. I might be interested in playing in this campaign if you are still looking for players.

For a bit of background: I've always been interested in DnD since I was in middle school and first was introduced to it. Unfortunately, we never were able to get a regular thing going back then, so I had very limited exposure, what amounted to a few one shots at the time.  Fast forward to several years ago, and I started playing some with a friend of mine and her play group, but they were never consistent and they kept wanting to start new adventures, so we never really got that far into any campaign, so this fell away as well.

Since then, I've purchased a good number of sourcebooks on DnDBeyond, as I love to read about the different races and subclasses and just build out random characters in the creator.  I would love to find a group to actually play a campaign.  Only issue for me might be the start time. 4PM PDT is 7PM EDT for me, I'm on the east Coast. I have a toddler that goes down for bed at 8PM EDT, so I wouldn't be able to start before then. If that's locked in, then I'm afraid this won't work for me.

Hi! I saw your post and wanted to reach out.

I’m helping my 22 year old brother find a D&D group. He is on the autism spectrum (think mentality of a 15-17 year old) and completely new to the game. He does best with voice communication and has difficulty with reading and typing, so we are looking specifically for a Discord voice-based game.

He is very enthusiastic and really wants to learn, but needs a slower pace and a patient, supportive DM.

Would your group be open to something like this, or do you have space for a beginner like him?
