You enter a world that's a lot brighter and more beautiful than most. All the islands are tropical and always perfectly warm, the sea at night is as beautiful as the stars of the Astral Plane. Fortuna City is a lively, magical, and technical (steampunk) metropolis with many things to do. Casinos, resorts, clubs, theaters, the circus, arena battles, ocean-line voyages, and more. The perfect world for a relaxing vacation, for all seasons. You may even make your money back as you spend on your most luxurious experiences.
If you're not here for only a nice and relaxing trip, there's work that needs to be done from Fortuna City, to the Rogue Islands, to the Okami Fume, to Rivals Island. The weakest to most powerful of the Most Wanted are still at large, crime syndicates are left unchecked with a blind court, corrupt busnisses are itching for shutdown or new management, and bloodsports on Rivals Island need a new champion. Rota Fortuna is not safe from mythical threats as well, not even close. An ancient evil lurk in the shadows and wait to reclaim the fortunate islands back into war and calamity, ghost towns need exorcisims, dungeons buried under cities and citadels house wicked cultists, and there are still threats of malevolent dragons outside the city's veils.
This game is for those who enjoy soulful roleplay, stylish characters, flavorful combat, beautiful locations, ridiculous stories, and want to enjoy something a bit more different in a D&D game. More spectacles, heartwarming moments, or more shenanigans.

I'm Cain, I've been playing D&D for about seven years now and have been a dungeon master for five years.
I studied a lot of the class rules, but that's not a priority to playing (RAW, but ROC). Whatever flavoring or creative solutions you have, give it your best imagination. Stylish, ridiculous, and clever.
As a voice actor, I enjoy creating and shaping wonderful characters and helping others develop the soul they want for their characters. I rather you bring a character you love and enjoy playing or a character you have been working on thoughtfully, as this would be a perfect chance for you develop it more into someone you champion. You may even bring multiple characters and switch when you can.
