FREE - Small, cozy discord server - multiple games every week - ALL WELCOME

I'm looking for players and DMs to join a small and cozy server, where we play various oneshots and mini campaigns every week!
This is a great space for DMs to practice new skills / styles, and for players to try out new character concepts and classes.

Game: D&D 5.5e (2024 rules, homebrew is chill within reason)

Where: Online, using Discord and AboveVTT

Times: All of my games fall within 1pm - 11.30pm BST on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays. New DMs joining are welcome to post their games for any time!

Game types: The types of games I run are:
- mini campaigns (2-6 sessions, 3-4 hours each)
- oneshots (a single 3-6 hour session)
- improv adventures (these are something I do regularly, they are completely unprepped. Just a chance to roleplay, test out character ideas, etc. while I write the story on the spot. Usually these take 2-4 hours, but they can evolve into short campaigns if everyone is enjoying them)

About the DM:
I'm in my mid-20s, queer, a lil' silly. Really big on creativity and improvisation. I will ignore a rule if I think your idea is cooler, and I will reward you for teamwork/combo attacks. I have around 16 months DMing at least once per week, and a fair bit more than that as a player / spectator.
Generally, I prefer games with a good amount of social, roleplay, and exploration over those that are combat-heavy, and I love to see players roleplaying in downtime.
