New Players looking for Game

Hi I’m writing this cause I attempted to play DnD with my friends as a first time player/DM and almost everyone quit before I even finished writing the campaign. So now that all my efforts have completely gone to waste, my remaining friend and I are looking to play with people who are actually willing to put in the minimum effort. We don’t have much experience actually playing but we’re ready and willing to learn whatever we’re lacking. Any maturity is fine cause we’re both in our late 20’s, and we open to any campaign setting. We’re available after 5pm CST on Friday, and open availability on the weekends. Send me a message if you’re a DM that has 2 openings in your game.

What day and time 

If you can get a regular set time I can get 2 players for a weekly game. Fridays after 5p cst would be a great fit. Any notes on setting, maturity level, or number of players you're looking for? 

I am a DM looking for players... if you are interested in playing homebrewed campaigns and modules we play every Sunday at 6pm central time. 

I am an experienced DM who has multiple campaigns written already and I'm just looking for players to play them, I can incorporate anyones schedule, very inviting to newer players and I have a very relaxed style of play so don't worry about saying whatever ideas you might have I can add anything to a session.

Any DM’s posting in this thread with interest in my friend and I joining their game, please write a short description of what the game’s gonna be about. Him and I are in our 20’s and are relatively open to any setting but ideally we wanna start with a swords and magic DnD setting. Also dakotacooper666, I’m fairly certain you’re looking in the wrong forum thread my guy, however I wish u the best of luck in finding a DM.

No constraints or qualms with number of players. We’re in our 20’s so we’re fine with mature content. Weekly might be a bit difficult for us to pull off consistently but we definitely wanna give it a shot. How long will table sessions be?

If you and your friend are still looking for a game, we’re currently looking for players for an online D&D 5e West Marches-style campaign.

Since you mentioned wanting a swords-and-magic D&D setting, this may be a good fit. The campaign is set around Amber City, a dwarven city trying to rebuild its reputation after a devastating past war. Players work through a guild, taking on missions, exploring dangerous lands, fighting monsters, uncovering secrets, and helping shape the world through their choices.

The general tone is classic fantasy adventure with room for serious moments, fun character interactions, roleplay, combat, exploration, and some darker story elements when appropriate.
