A Player-Driven Sandbox in the Unapproachable East
Shadows over the East is a Dungeons & Dragons campaign set in the harsh borderlands of Damara, Narfell, Impiltur, and the Great Dale, where old evils are rising again beneath a world already worn down by war, intrigue, and fear. The characters will face threats from slavers, desperate nobles, corrupted cults, ancient ruins, and the growing shadow of Orcus and other dark powers. This is a campaign about dangerous roads, hard choices, frontier settlements, haunted wilderness, and fragile alliances between churches, nobles, adventurers, and common folk. The party will start small, dealing with local troubles and broken communities, but their actions may shape the fate of the eastern realms. Expect a mix of classic fantasy adventure, political tension, horror-tinged dungeons, and heroic battles against overwhelming darkness. In this game, victory will matter because the people of the East are running out of heroes.
