Player's wanted for ongoing homebrew campaign.

Greetings. We are seeking 2-3 more players to join us. Sessions are Sundays 1pm cst - 5pm cst. Hybrid 5e/5.5e.

Setting/background: The Sable Tapestry, an most sacred artifact woven by the divines. Within the Cradle of Creation they then crafted a world of the same name in the image of their tapestry. There mortals were fated to live out the tale they wove, in all it's intricacies. But alas the envious gaze of wrathful outer beings were attracted. Said beings struggled against the divines & one another in effort to seize the tapestry for themselves. Thus causing the Cataclysmic Disjoint. The Sable Tapestry was torn in three, as was the world of it's image. Returning to the Cradle of Creation the divines salvaged what remained. Unable to mend their tapestry they formed three Excerpts which would never again meet. To ensure what mortal life remained would flourish, the world's core was repurposed into two halves. Ignis the new sun, Luna the new moon. Stewardship of these celestial bodies passed to two immortals. Orakel the western sovereign gained Luna & Kumahl the draconic high king of the east gained Ignis. Today is the age: Disjoint 189 of The Sable Excerpt. The uneasy peace between east & west is cracking. None have seen Orakel in decades since he sealed his throne. The west has destabilized. Across the world many anomalies have been sighted as the servants of the outer beings herald their encroachment once more.

The DM: I am James, though my players prefer to refer to me by my account Rusted Cake. I began playing D&D roughly 5-6 years ago, though I have always had an interest in it long before that. Last year I decided to begin running games for friends I made via forums such as this. Things have gone well. My Dm styling follows core pillars (in no specific order): Roleplay, exploration, wargaming/combat, puzzle, narration, participation. My rulings are logical, firm, but fair. I am always willing to hear/consider new ideas. My combat challenging but surmountable. I do not include nor tolerate ERP/NSFW.

The participants: Our group consist of mature adults aging around 30+. We come from different walks of life & parts of the world. As friends & enjoyers of D&D we respect each others varied views/opinions/time. Many a die has been cast. Laughs shared. Fun had. We are currently on chapter 2 of 8 into the campaign.

What you should expect: I have planned campaigns for The Sable Excerpt with 1 currently running. It is dark fantasy with bits of my own dark/corny humor sprinkled in. Narration stylings can get vivid, be it for graphic violence or the intricacies of a building's architecture. We have plenty of banter in & out of character. This group loves it's roleplay/participation as much as it loves combat.

What you need to join:
1 Thick Skin, the setting is dark/brutal & the participants friends/mature adults.
2 be of 21+ years of age.
3 Be fluent in the English language.
4 a Discord & D&D beyond account.
5 Open minded willingness to respect/tolerate/consider the views & opinions of others.
6 Enough familiarity/experience with D&D to not need hand holding/training.
7 A functioning microphone.
