Hi, I've been playing on and off for the last 6 years. I'm looking for a group to play with on Fridays after 7pm CST. Hopefully long term if we're a good fit.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Online Experience: 6+ years Location/Timezone: CST Availability: Fridays after 7pm CST Preferred role: Player Game style: Roleplay preferred
If you’re still looking for a group, we’re currently looking for players for an online D&D 5e West Marches-style campaign.
Since you’re looking for something long-term and roleplay-focused, this might be a good fit if you’re open to a flexible campaign format rather than a fixed weekly party. Sessions are arranged based on player and DM availability, so Friday evenings may work depending on the session schedule and available slots.
The campaign is set around Amber City, a dwarven city trying to rebuild its reputation after a past war. Players take on guild missions, explore dangerous areas, uncover secrets, build relationships, and shape the world through their choices.
Basic details:
Online D&D 5e
West Marches-style campaign
Discord-based
Long-term campaign structure
Roleplay, exploration, combat, and guild missions
New and experienced players welcome
No paid campaign
Flexible sessions based on availability
If you’re interested, feel free to message me with your Discord, time zone, character preferences, and whether Fridays after 7pm CST are your only available time or just your preferred time.
Hi Rothi! I’m currently recruiting for a campaign that matches both your Friday availability and your preference for a long-term, roleplay-focused game.
The Burden of Fate’s Demand is a new weekly D&D 5e campaign playing Fridays at exactly 7:00 PM Central, with sessions lasting approximately 3–4 hours. It is planned as a substantial long-term campaign rather than a short module or rotating-session format.
The game is set in an original homebrew world and places character relationships, roleplay, mystery, exploration, and meaningful choices at the center of the story. Combat is present and consequential, but I generally use it to serve the characters and narrative rather than treating it as the campaign’s main attraction.
Characters will be created collaboratively during Session Zero and begin as ordinary people without established classes. Their abilities emerge through the opening events of the story, giving the players room to discover who their characters become together rather than arriving as a collection of unrelated adventurers.
I want to be clear that this is a paid game through StartPlaying at $15 USD per session. The campaign has not begun, and four of its six seats are currently available.
You can read the full premise, see my GM profile and reviews, ask me any questions, or join here:
Since you’re specifically looking for Friday evenings, long-term play, and a table where roleplay is the priority, I thought it was worth reaching out.
