I'm not exactly a DM but I have a small discord server dedicated to D&D that I'm working on building out. I currently have a group of friends on there that I'm in an active campaign on Sunday's with, as well as a few other D&D interested and related friends. We're even working on starting another campaign with one of the other members as the DM in the server itself. If you're interested in joining the server I could send you an invite, even if you don't or can't join the game we're starting it might be a good way to network out and find other players who have or are starting other games you may be able to join. (I know that's essentially what this is too, I just like the idea of something on a bit of a smaller scale, I would just like to expand it a bit beyond what it is at this point.)

Hey, I'm sending this reply in case you didn't get the private message I sent you. I'm also under 18 (14yrs old) and new to dnd. I want to join your group because I have only played with AI so far and haven't really got too deep into the slightly complicated rules (I kinda just glossed over those details after getting bored of playing with non-human tools).

No problem at all, the server has around 20 members or so and still growing.  It's a good place to meet other players. I'm actually going to start running one shots in it before too long, so there's always that.  Like I said, as long as you're over 18 you're welcome to join, just send me that friend request on Discord and I'll get the invite sent to you.

Great, what do I do now? I've never tried joining one of these games before. Is there like a date and time for me to join a campaign or something? You may be new to the game, but I'm new to meeting people online. I have no idea what's going on.😅😊

Uh, hello? It's been five days since I dropped this comment and I haven't been replied to yet. I don't want to be rude but it has been a while. I still have no idea what I'm supposed to do.

stumpfaustin you may want to say who you're talking to in here. there are a couple of us that have mentioned the games/communities we have. If you're talking to the username Satan  then follow the link they posted, if you're replying to my post then unfortunately my community is 18+, as I said in my post.
