Established group looking for one more player!

I’m a player in a long-term D&D group, and we’re looking for one more person to join us for our next campaign!

We’re wrapping up our second campaign right now and we’re going to take a break for the month July before starting our third campaign in August. We currently have 4 players and an amazing DM, but we really want a 5th to round out the party.

We play Saturdays from 6pm to 9pm EST (Sometimes we start early and do longer sessions, but its always organized in advance.)

We use Discord and D&D Beyond to run our sessions.

We’re going to be streaming this campaign (we have not streamed previously, but we want to give it a try)! So you’ll need to be comfortable being on camera/mic.

It's very roleplay-heavy. Our DM builds a homebrew world completely centered around our characters' stories and backstories.

We know it can be a little intimidating jumping into a group that’s already been playing together for a long time, so we want to do a little 3-5 session mini-campaign with whoever we pick before the main one starts so everyone can get to know one another.

Our journey begins in the rugged mountain city of Granitepeak.
On Thawglow 1st, 1255 A.C., the city awakens to the shimmering lanterns and bone white banners of the Frostfall Mourning Festival, a sacred night where the living honor the dead, and the night turns into a large celebration of life.
It is a time of masks and merriment, of offerings placed on altars, of children daring each other to chase away the lingering spirits with rattles and fire sparks. Travelers from every corner of the Thereda flood Granitepeak’s narrow streets to share stories, trade charms, and witness the haunting beauty of the midnight procession.
But beneath the celebration’s glow, something stirs. Rumors drift like cold breath through the taverns, of restless shadows, vanished travelers, and old wards flickering out. As the first festival bells toll, fate pulls you toward the heart of it all.
