LFP [Play-by-Post] D&D 5e (2014) | Beginner Friendly | Age 21+

Hello adventurers,

I'm looking for up to five players for a story-focused Play-by-Post campaign using D&D 5e (2014 rules) on D&D Beyond.
(Would you like us to also have a Discord channel for random one-shots I could throw out there?)

This game will feature a homebrew setting with mystery, exploration, difficult choices, and darker themes. While the campaign is intended for adults, the focus is on storytelling and character development rather than shock value.

New players are welcome.
Minimum posting rate: One meaningful post per day.

Table Rules

• Players must be 21+.
• No PvP.
• No evil-aligned player characters.
• Sexual content fades to black.
• Respect fellow players and their choices ("Yes, and..." is highly encouraged)
• Silvery Barbs is banned.
• Spell components with a listed gold value must be purchased and tracked before casting.

More about the character creation will be provided once the five (5) players have been selected.

Application Process

Applications will be submitted via this Google Form to keep responses private.
The form will include limited player information, preferences, and a few character-related questions designed to help me understand your playstyle and what you're looking for in a campaign.

I'm primarily looking for players who:

• Enjoy roleplay and character growth.
• Can post consistently.
• Work well with others.
• Are excited to help build a shared story.

I forgot to mention that, if needed, this can become a Discord campaign.

I applied, but realized I think I didn't include my discord or dndbeyond username. There was a question for preferred nickname or something like that and I put the same thing as my dndbeyond name. So if you like my application, here I am :)

We have exactly 5 players!
However, we're all over the place in regard to time zones.
Will wait a bit more. Would not mind having two different tables that are geographically closer to each other in case we ever choose to move to a live online game using Discord/Owlbear Rodeo.

Once we start, we can talk about whether we want to move this PbP game to Discord. I feel it would also be beneficial if we ever want to play live online.
