Pitching an idea and want to see if any interest

I'm ran an open campaign years ago for 10 years, closed up the campaign when life got in the way and the group spread out across the country(this was pre-internet years).  Getting back into DnD again now that I'm retired and considering starting up a new Homebrew Open Campaign.  It would involve family raising(including character inheritances), political intrigue, wars, stronghold building & city development, dungeon & wilderness adventuring.  I try to make it as lifelike as possible including between adventure life for the ultimate Roleplaying experience.  I would like to use as many apps as possible to enhance the game experience but the expense can be ridiculous so here is my question to all of you out there.  I would start out small but eventually would build up to 20 players.  To offset the cost of apps to enhance game play, would you be interested in paying a small annual fee, possibly 20-30 dollars a year for 48-50 weekly sessions per year and most likely occur on Sunday afternoons or Monday evenings, I am in the US east coast time zone but willing to adjust playtime to players.  Would this be something you players may be interested in?

I would mostly be using DnDBeyond, AboveVTT, Discord during gameplay.
