New DM Looking for Players!

I have been playing D&D for about 2 years now and have run a single one-shot with friends. I am looking to start another one-shot that could possibly turn into a campaign. I am fairly new, especially with the role of DM so please be patient. The one-shot is a homebrew grimdark style and if things go well and the players wish, it will evolve into a larger (still largely homebrew) Faerun campaign that extends on the plot of the one-shot. I try to equally incorporate combat, RP, Exploration and Puzzles. I want players to feel like they have a meaningful impact in the world, good or bad. I currently do not have enough books/materials to properly use a VTT so this will be primarily if not entirely theater of the mind, until that changes.

Time and day will be set based on everyone's availability.

All are welcome, beginner to veteran! I do prefer 18+ as themes may not be appropriate for all ages. This will be a safe space for all, no hate of any kind is welcome.

Also, note that there will be a short delay (up to a week) before the one-shot begins after players have been found as I integrate your characters into the story and world. This will allow for better immersion.
