Vasili Antonov is a man looking for a new future. Having turned his back on the guild, The Sap, back in Water Deep, he's traveled throughout Faerun looking for a place to truly call his own. During a stopover in the Cormyr city of Arabel, he learns of the city's recent struggles with a group of were-rat rogues from Neverwinter. Then he learns that now that the Lycan's have been dealt with, it's left Arabel with a gaping hole in its economic future. Talking to the owner of Rudy's Riverside Inn, Vasili strikes a bargain with the man to place Night's Whisper back on the map, with the backing of two unlikely sources.

But this time, Night's Whisper is all about getting justice for the little guy, as noble corruption is eating both Cormyr and Cormanthyr from the inside out. And this is where Night's Whisper comes in.

Set Character to Campaign and make sure you build them as a 2014 Character, not 1 D&D (2024)
4d6, drop lowest. Max Point level of 80 (Total of all stats cannot exceed 80)
No evil alignments
No Constructs/War-Forged. This is set in the Forgotten Realms, Kingdome of Cormyr (Heavily Homebrewed but still Faerun)
