Book of Shadows [Looking for players][5.5e][online][CST][Long-term]

Good morning, afternoon, evening to you all. 
My name is Liz, and I DM for a group in a campaign that's coming to an end. 
I have two players who's schedules have stopped them from continuing with the group once this campaign ends, so I am only going to be looking for 2 people
There is probably another good 3-4+ months remaining in the campaign, but I figured with how many people chase to get into campaigns this would be enough time to evaluate some people!
The campaign runs Bi-weekly (for now) Thursday 7pm CST to 9pm CST
My group is HEAVY roleplayers, and my campaign is primarily story telling, meaningful battles, and solving mysteries.
I also sometimes lean into horror aspects, as someone who LOOOVESS horror media, but there are subjects that are never brought up
Character backstories are imporant to my stories, mostly because I like to implement backstories into my campaigns.
Anywayyss, here's the lore for next campaign:

The next campaign is 
The Book of Shadows (ooooo)

Word spread across Arcanum of a band of adventurers who set out in search of an ancient artifact hidden within the Citadel of Forgotten Kings. Legend claimed that deep within its halls rested a mysterious book capable of granting its wielder a single wish, no matter how great or impossible the desire. Those adventurers braved the forgotten citadel, overcoming its dangers until they reached the sacred pedestal where the legendary book was said to await them. Instead, they found nothing more than a bag of rocks. Before anyone could make sense of the cruel deception, the citadel began to crumble, forcing the adventurers to flee as the ancient halls collapsed behind them. With the Citadel of Forgotten Kings buried beneath its own ruins, rumors soon spread that the legendary book had never been lost at all—it had been taken. Since that day, whispers of its whereabouts have traveled across Arcanum, luring fortune seekers, scholars, and would-be heroes alike. Whether the book truly exists, or whether it is nothing more than a story told around tavern fires, remains a mystery.

There are going to be steps to this, so be warned this might take a while not only with the campaign starting in a few months rather than tomorrow.

3. If chosen after the interview, you will go through 2 one-shots with two players from my campaign
(This is a way to see if you fit well in our group)
4. You will then sit in a discord server until the end of the campaign, you will recieve messages from our resident note taker to keep track of how the campaign is going with updates from me.
5. You get to join the campaign!

Final thing: AI Is on occasion used to make icons, tokens, with it being home-brewed it's hard to find good photos on Pinterest (when it's all hot elves and tieflings)
