We're looking for rp/combat balance, a good story where character personalities and backgrounds matter. We all love d&d and we'd love a dm who can negotiate and allow us to all be creative. So, I am available to DM, DM'd for 15 years on the same Homebrew campaign back in the 70s & 80s, played during the 80s & 90s, been out of it since 2000 and just getting back into it now and playing in 3 different campaigns. I have been working on a new Homebrew Campaign that is more or less open play, meaning there are quests/adventures/dungeon crawls for groups to go after but primarily involves Roleplaying, adventuring and letting the players kind of set the tone of game play. I will be ready in 2-3 weeks to start up and can accommodate Friday nights for 3-4 hours. I will use DnD Beyond and the VTT along with voice on Discord. Will use 2024 rules but no firearms, strictly medieval/fantasy weapons. The campaign will have political intrigue at times, foreign wars, Families/children if so desire(have rules that used before that will still work), players able to build their own strongholds and have population centers grow up around them, city management when it comes to that and plenty of dungeons to explore. I can be ready to go by July 31st. I think a group of 3 would work great for me to start to help get back into the DM thing. Let me know if this will interest you at all and I'll send information to get started. BTW I'm in the EST time zone with wargaming on Saturday mornings so no later start than 915pm and cut off time at 1230am.
