NJ nerd needs help finding in person groups

I am aware this is a weird post, but bear with me please.

My local game shop used to have an in person game once a week and I had such a great time. But then one player got too annoying to deal with, two people had their work schedules change, you know the story. The dnd group chat for that shop has been utterly dead for month now.

I have spent weeks looking in these threads and discord groups and can't find anyone else even remotely close to my area for an in person game. I have tried other game stores (only have MTG games on their calendars) and libraries (only 18 and under games) and have had no luck!

Does anyone have any suggestions for ways to meet local people to play in person? Like are there other apps I might try? Or other places I might try looking?

I live in Ocean County New Jersey if anyone on here is local.
