Hey everyone ! My name is Giselle (she/her), and my group is looking for 3 dedicated players (18+) to join the sequel to our long-running homebrew campaign, Dynasty!
I've been playing D&D for about four years now, and it's become one of my favorite hobbies. Our group recently finished the first Dynasty campaign, and we're incredibly excited to begin its sequel, Dominions.
Don't worry if you didn't play in the original campaign! You won't be expected to know any of the previous lore. Brian (he/him), our DM, will work closely with you to create a character who feels like they've always belonged in this universe, with meaningful connections to the world and the story from the very beginning.
About the Campaign
Dominions is the sequel to our previous campaign, Dynasty, but don't worry, you don't need to know anything about the first campaign to join. Brian will help you build a character that fits naturally into the world, so you'll feel just as connected to the story as everyone else.
The campaign follows the ongoing conflict between the Forerunners and the Precursors. The Forerunners are an ancient race whose descendants are spread across different worlds, carrying unique gifts passed down through generations. The Precursors are mysterious creatures that exist only to hunt and destroy Forerunners.
As descendants of the Forerunners, our characters will travel across different worlds, meeting new people, forming alliances, and searching for powerful Devil's Dominion artifacts before the Precursors can get to them first. Every world has its own history, cultures, and problems to explore, so there's always something new around the corner.
Brian focuses on integrating each and every player character into the campaign and story. Because he works so closely with each player individually, we ask that you be ready to work on a character collaboratively after joining the campaign rather than bringing a premade character. Brian will help you create someone who truly belongs in the world and has story connections throughout the adventure.
Our group loves roleplay and character development. Combat is definitely part of the game, but we'd much rather spend a session talking to NPCs, uncovering mysteries, or developing our characters than rushing from one fight to the next. We're looking for people who enjoy collaborative storytelling and get just as excited about everyone else's character arcs as their own…
Campaign Information
About Our Group
Our table currently consists of two women and two men, all in our twenties. We're a welcoming group that enjoys joking around out of character while also taking the story seriously when the moment calls for it.
Multiple players at the table are proudly LGBTQIA+, so we’re looking for players who share these values. Everyone at the table will be respected, included, and comfortable.
You don't need to be great at accents or voice acting; we certainly aren't! What matters most is that you're excited to roleplay, collaborate, and tell a memorable story with the group.
We're also hoping to find players who can commit to a long-term campaign. Brian puts an incredible amount of time, creativity, and passion into this world, so reliability, communication, and enthusiasm are very important to us.
