Looking for an all-female party to take on Curse of Strahd! [5.5e] [18+] [Beginner Friendly]

Hi! My name’s Amy and I’m interested in setting up a new all-female party to play Curse of Strahd. 

Curse of Strahd is D&D’s most iconic adventure, but it’s not to be taken lightly! Beginners are welcome in this game (I actually started with this campaign myself) but it can be challenging. It’s also long and we may be playing for a year or so if all goes well, so I’m looking for players who are excited to commit to the journey.

Please also be aware that this is a true gothic horror story and contains mature, disturbing and, at times, graphic content. It's eerie, brutal, tragic, and often unforgiving. To make sure everyone has the best possible experience, I am asking potential players to complete an application form (around 5-10 mins to complete), and we will be using safety tools throughout.

My games are role-play heavy! Due to the nature of the game there won't be too much focus on character backstories, but there will be plenty of opportunities for character growth.

Game: D&D 5.5e (2024)
Group type: Online using Discord and Foundry
Experience: 2 years as a player, 1 year as a DM
Timezone: GMT/BST
Schedule: Friday evenings, 7-10pm BST. Either weekly or bi-weekly depending on player preference.
Roles sought: 4-5 players. 18+ only due to the mature themes.
Game style: This campaign heavily focuses on roleplay, exploration, and difficult moral choices. Every decision matters and the world will react to your actions. The combat can be deadly, but bravery, compassion, and clever thinking are often more important than strength.

Brief Synopsis: You find yourself trapped within the cursed land of Barovia, a realm shrouded in mysterious mists and ruled by the ancient vampire lord, Count Strahd von Zarovich. To escape this deadly land, the party must survive the many trials and tribulations that await them and uncover Barovia’s dark secrets.
