Brand new player looking for a beginner-friendly D&D 5e campaign

Hey! I’m looking to join a D&D group and finally get into playing after wanting to try it for a while.

I’m completely new to DnD, so I’m hoping to find a beginner friendly group that’s patient with someone learning the rules. I’m most interested in a story-driven campaign (18+) where I can get invested in the world and characters.

I’m available any evenings at 7 PM onwards (CST)

I love character creation and storytelling, and I already have a half-elf warlock idea I’d love to play: a sarcastic, chaotic little disaster gremlin with an eldritch patron and a stray cat named Skrunk. 

I’m happy to join an existing party or a new campaign starting up. Looking for a fun, welcoming group!

What days and are you open to late night sessions that go into the am?
