5e What style of game do you play? We play a slightly modified D&D 5E with elements of 2024 and 2014. The game is an RP political intrigue-style game with some combat. Set in a homebrew world called Penmeria, the vast majority of the campaign will take place within a city, with a 16th-17th-century flair. The game is also for 18+
How does the group play: Discord for VC and Foundry for the character sheets and maps.
Additional info: This is the start of a campaign set in the City of Bayheld the capital of the Revian Empire. A Regency is in its final months; the nation shall have a crowned monarch once more. But some fear what comes next. In secret halls and candlelit chambers, factions conspire over blood right to rule and legitimacy. You, as a player, will be deciding the fate of an empire on the brink of tearing itself apart. The future of the empire and bayheld has not yet been writien it waits for you to tip it in the right or wrong direction.
As players, you may choose to defend the monarchy and ensure a stable coronation… or undermine it from the shadows and bring the institution crashing down. The throne is not yet claimed, and in the six in game months before the coronation, the fate of the realm will be shaped by preparation, persuasion, and pressure.
