The basics:
Game: D&D 5e 2014
Group preferred: Online [discord] preferred, but would be willing to play in person if travel wasnt too bad.
Experience: Newish. Have been DMing for a year and have previously played a couple sessions as a player.
Location/Timezone: GMT+8 Western Australia
Availability: Due to shift work I'm primarily looking for flexible gaming schedules as I wont be available for same day, same time games every week, but I also accept simply not being able to play a couple games every so often due to conflicts if the groups chill and is set on a strict schedule.
Looking for either a weekly or fortnightly game.
Preferred role: Player
Game style: Casual, Long term campaign. Fantasy/medieval. Chill group.
Ive only been in homebrew campaigns that only utilise the first few dnd 5e books before, and have not read or looked at premades so "reading ahead" and knowing the story of a premade campaign is not a concern for me. I would not call myself experienced, but not a complete newbie either. I'm primarily looking for a chill group that already has a flexible time table that my work doesnt impact with too much, or a lenient group that would understand I may be absent for sessions every now and then. It's made it incredibly difficult to find a group as a player.
Ive also never done online dnd before so that is a learning process I will have to explore.
Explicitly not interested in paid games.
