Hello,
We are seeking a game in 5.5e, preferably lighthearted and maybe module based, so we can enjoy 5.5e as intended (for the most part) as most of our games are 5e, homebrew, or hybrid 5e amd 5.5e. We are available evenings weekly except Wednesday and Thursday. There is some flexibility but 8PM CST is a good time for example.
I believe my friend wants to play a cleric and I was thinking Belly Brewer Barbarian but I think that is 5e so I might have to reconsider or update it. We also prefer starting level 1 to 3 for the bonding experience and RP gameplay you generally get before you start hitting harder combats. 60 to 80 percent RP and remainder to combat feels ideal.
I like Discord VC and a VTT like Foundry generally but open to options. We also appreciate maps and imagery, music, etc for immersion. 18 plus is preferable.
Either way, it's been a struggle to find a lovely DM so hopefully you are out there and find us!
