Looking for newbie friendly game EST

I have some experience with 5e and a couple characters from campaigns several years ago but would like to start from the ground up.  Homebrews would be awesome.  Would love to collaborate on character building etc... Open to one shots or whole campaigns.  Weekday evenings are usually open as well as the weekend.  I'm looking for something to devote newly found free time to.  

Hey, have a few ongoing games on weekdays from 9pm est starter, mondays, fridays, wednesdays and trying to form tuesday/thursday.
