Greetings, adventurers!
Our ongoing homebrew campaign recently had a few real-life roster shifts, dropping us down to a core group of 4 players. We are looking to recruit 1 to 2 more dedicated players to round out a solid 5–6 person party for the long haul.
Campaign Overview & Playstyle
The Campaign Style: A Monster-of-the-Week Sandbox adventure that will gradually weave into a high-stakes, long-term campaign culminating in an endgame BBEG arc at elite levels (18+).
The Vibe: A balanced mix of deep roleplay, creative player shenanigans, and tactical combat. The world features rich, immersive worldbuilding run by an old-school DM who prioritizes the Rule of Cool over being a rigid rules lawyer.
Between-Session RP (Play-by-Post): We maintain dedicated Discord channels for asynchronous Play-by-Post (PbP) threads between live sessions. This is used for downtime, character development, and solo/side story threads to deepen party lore and keep the momentum alive!
Current Party Composition
You’ll be joining a creative, welcoming group currently consisting of:
Firbolg Ranger
Tiefling Bard
Elven Cleric
Changeling Rogue
(All official classes/ancestries are welcome—we can work together to weave your character's arrival naturally into the story!)
Game Logistics
When: Alternating Saturday nights at 7:00 PM CST (Sessions run 3–4 hours).
Voice/Video: Discord (Both Voice & Video are required for live sessions).
Tools: D&D Beyond for Character Sheets and Maps.

I go by Hoebag or Bag. I've been playing DnD for about 10 years, majority of it as a DM. I was a paid DM for sometime also. I really enjoy all types of playstyles, I'm a flex player essentially.
