Friday Night Dungeon Crawl [Friday 6pm EST][5e 2014][Online]

"Vidrin the Wizard has hired your group of do-gooder to recover a large black pearl stolen from him by his rival Rameal. Rameal hasn't been seen in years and is presumed dead. Vidrin will provide you a map to Rameal's secret lair and as long as you return the pearl to him, you may keep anything else you find within!"

The game is first person role playing, good aligned heroes, with limited/no out of character, and is a touch on the grittier side. I have 40+ years of xp as a GM but this would be a great game for beginners. This is a one shot set in the same world as my twice monthly Friday evening game. I'm using this one shot as an opportunity for you to try out my GMing style before committing to a longer game.

Game will be 5e and not using most 2024 rules as of yet. All previously published official WotC classes are available but the game only has the SRD loaded (so anything you don't have access to will need to be programmed into Roll20 before the start of the game). We are starting at level 1 using standard array (15,14,13,12,10,8; +2/+1 decoupled as per Tasha's).

We will be using video as it greatly enhances the roleplay and will allow me to pick up on visual clues.
