[LFP] Online Theros Sandbox — Wednesdays at 7 PM Eastern

Roles sought: 2 players (We currently have 4)
Starting level: Level 1
Platforms: Discord for live voice sessions and D&D Beyond for character sheets
Campaign: Mythic Odysseys of Theros sandbox

I am looking for two additional players for a live, weekly Theros campaign. Sessions run for approximately three hours every Wednesday evening.

The campaign begins at level 1 with No Silent Secret and then opens into a player-driven sandbox centered on Meletis. The wider campaign will involve exploration, civic intrigue, divine rivalries, piety, mythic monsters, ancient relics, and journeys across Theros.

This is not a campaign built around following one quest from beginning to end. The characters will choose which opportunities they pursue, which factions and gods they support or oppose, and how deeply they become involved in the larger dangers developing around them.

The game will include a mixture of:

• Character roleplay and party interaction

• Exploration and travel

• Investigation and social encounters

• Tactical combat

• Gods, omens, supernatural gifts, and piety

• Interconnected quests with ongoing consequences

Character Creation

Character creation will be faithful to the lore and themes of Theros.

Playable species are:

• Human

• Centaur

• Leonin

• Minotaur

• Satyr

• Triton

Ability scores will use either Point Buy or the Standard Array. 

Third-party character options are not permitted. Characters will be created using approved official sources, with options subject to review for compatibility with the Theros setting.

Players should be able to attend consistently, participate through Discord voice chat, and maintain an up-to-date character sheet on D&D Beyond.

The current party composition is a - satyr wizard, human fighter, leonin ranger, and a human monk.

1 I have been playing D&D for about 5 years from when I was 14 to now 19 mostly as a DM but with a campaign here or there as a player

2 I've really wanted to play a necromancer for a while but if that doesn't work out then probably like a human detective type artificer if it is allowed I do have the Source book for it

3 I enjoy a good mix of RP and combat running a bit more towards role playing

4 Schedule works perfectly fine for me I very rarely have work that day

5 Besides if I can play a necromancer or artificer not really
