Peace has come to Cormyr as the minions of Thultanthar have been defeated or driven back into the Anauroch Desert. A small patch of fertile farmland in the north of the Stonelands was settled after the war and it is to this settlement you have been sent. Two weeks ago a company of Cormyrian soldiers were attacked at the edge of the desert by some unknown creature that was immune to normal weapons. The Cormyrian military has not fully recovered from the war so your group of adventurers have volunteered to travel to the village and save the settlers in time for harvest.
The game will be first person role playing, with good aligned heroes, limited/no out of character, and a touch on the grittier side. I have 40+ years of xp as a GM and am looking forward to helping a new group of heroes fall in love with this hobby. Game will run 4-8 sessions with an option to continue if everyone is vibing.
The game will be 5e 2014 and not using most 2024 rules as of yet. All previously published official WotC classes are available but the game only has the SRD loaded (so anything you don't have access to will need to be programmed into Roll20 before the start of the game). All characters must be created inside the game. We are starting at level 1 using standard array (15,14,13,12,10,8; +2/+1 decoupled as per Tasha's).
We will be using video as it greatly enhances the roleplay.
