A Homebrew D&D Campaign — Player Recruitment

The world below is dead. Civilization survives above the clouds. Water is life, magic keeps the cities afloat, and the ground holds secrets that the skyborn were never meant to discover.

Welcome to Age of Sky, a homebrew D&D campaign set in a world of floating cities, ancient technology, water-based magic, political corruption, and the ruins of a fallen civilization.

This is a world built upon survival, inequality, mystery, and the question of what humanity left behind when it abandoned the Earth.

I'm looking for players who want to explore this setting, develop their characters, make difficult decisions, and discover what waits beneath the clouds.

New players are welcome! You don't need to be an expert at D&D. All you need is a willingness to participate, work with the group, and enjoy the story.

Requirements for Joining

1. Access to Google Docs

Your character sheets and relevant campaign materials will be kept in Google Docs. You'll need access to Google Docs so we can organize, share, and update everything.

2. A way to communicate during sessions

You must be able to communicate during games, either through text or voice. You don't have to speak if text works better for you, but you need a reliable way to participate and interact with the group.

3. Accessibility and accommodations

Please inform me of anything affecting your physical comfort, accessibility, or ability to participate that you'd like me to know about. I will do my best to accommodate your needs so you can enjoy the campaign.

You don't need to disclose a diagnosis or share anything you're uncomfortable discussing. Just let me know what accommodations would help you participate.

A Note About AI

A small amount of AI assistance was used in creating aspects of this campaign. The setting and campaign are being developed and run by me, with AI serving as a creative tool.

Already have a D&D character sheet? Bring it along! I don't use standard D&D character sheets for this campaign, but I'm happy to convert your character and their existing details to fit the system we use. You won't have to leave your character behind just to join.
