We're a tight knit, welcoming community that are always looking forward to a next adventure. Band together with some friends and go through some Rifts for glory, riches and duty! Also, we're super welcoming and friendly to anybody willing to try out and become a DM. We're here to help you grow and get better at it. Avalor is definitely an amazing place to get started because of our Rift systems that lead to different dimensions, meaning it's quite easy for you to run your imagination run wild. If you are an experienced DM, you're also more than welcome to come and weave adventures here as well. Everyone has a place in Avalor.

Now you might be wondering, what is the Last City of Avalor exactly? This world unfortunately went through a catastrophic event a century ago. Now, it's slowly doing its best to rebuild, but it's been difficult as only just a decade later after this mass extinction event, Rifts began to appear with abominations threatening to pour in and destroy what's left of the world. s such, a Guild was created to fend these Rifts off. You're part of it, too, now! Additionally, if you prefer learning the intricate lore of the server without eating the entire book, I highly recommend you making a Riftborn, which are characters that were born from one of these Rifts and made their way to this city of Avalor, learning about the world firsthand.

Play Modes:
Rifts -- Can be Sync or Async: Fast-paced encounters that usually last from 2 to 3 hours. They're ideal if you want a quick play session full of action and real-time interactions. We've also recently added an async variant that can last 1 to 5 days, if you have a busier schedule that doesn't permit actively playing for two to three hours!
Explorations -- Typically Async: Those are adventures that are typically designed for Play by Post on a longer term. These immersive quests can last a few days up to several week, offering combat encounters, puzzles and dense storytelling!
What you need to know:
Age Limit: Must be 16+ to participate
Starting Out: Begin at level 3 with two healing potions and one uncommon item from approved sources
