Homegrown World Map, long running campaign looking for players who will be serious of sticking with weekly sessions

This is a fully immersible world with aging, marriage, family growth, kingdom building, wars, politics and as much real life events that can be brought in.  I have worked on this world and cities for two years and now ready to launch for the second time, however, players ditched after several sessions to join a friend' campaign and one or two leaving because the story line didn't revolve around them.  So, I am running this time with a pay to play, however, I am not going to try to make a living off of this but just pay to make sure you are committed to playing.  Using 5.5e, starting level at 3, only species from the basic books, no expanded races(Aasimar, Dragonborn, Dwarf,Elf, Gnome, Goliath, Halfling, Human, Orc, Tiefling),  no technology(no firearms) as technology has been lost for over a 1000years.  Classes allowed(Barbarian, Bard, Cleric,Druid, Fighter, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard).  Backstories will be worked into the campaign.

History:  Htrae suffered a catastrophic event that nearly wiped out all life on the planet over a thousand years ago.  All technology or records were lost and the different species learned to live with each in some form of peace and gathered into major population centers numbering about 3 dozen with rare outcropping of villages scattered around the world.  The world consists around 470000sq.miles(17400 hexes total).  Sessions will be done through Discord for voice and Beyond VTT for visual.  

The sessions will be on Friday evenings starting at 8pm EST and run for 3-4 hours.  Planned start date will be December 4th 2026, with minimum of 40 sessions during the year(taking in regards to family events, Holidays & vacations), the fee will be $65.00 for the year, this is merely to help with the costs of the various programs it takes to maintain everything(DnD Beyond and background software) to make this as awesome of a campaign as possible.  A minimum of 4 players and maximum of 7 players will be needed for campaign to start.  No money will be collected until we have a firm start date.

This is primarily an adult game(18+) as I will only police bullying, political arguments, racial and sexual hatred and sexual harassment.  The only language I will police will be abusive language.  We are all here to have fun and should not have to put up with things that might make anyone uncomfortable to play.
