An Ongoing D&D 2024 Campaign of Mystery, Stronghold Building, and Undead Threats
Game: D&D 5e — 2024 Rules Setting: Forgotten Realms, Sword Coast Schedule: Wednesdays, weekly Starting Time: Usually 7:00 PM GMT; occasionally 8:00 PM when scheduling requires it Platforms: Discord voice, Roll20 VTT, and D&D Beyond character sheets Current Level: 6 Players Needed: 1-2 Age: 21+ Experience: All experience levels welcome Campaign Length: Approximately two months remain in the current campaign, with the possibility of a continued campaign afterward
Welcome to Ironspine Keep
We are looking for one reliable player to join an established adventuring party in an ongoing homebrew campaign.
The party has been hired to restore and defend Ironspine Keep, a ruined frontier stronghold whose crumbling walls stand between nearby settlements and a growing collection of threats. What began as a relatively straightforward escort mission has developed into a wider mystery involving missing caravans, hostile goblin tribes, undead attacks, Thayan necromancers, and enemies operating within the surrounding wilderness.
The characters’ choices influence both the story and the future of the keep. They must decide which repairs and improvements deserve priority, build relationships with the keep’s leaders and inhabitants, protect supply routes, investigate emerging dangers, and venture into forgotten places where older secrets remain buried.
What to Expect
A mixture of combat, exploration, roleplaying, and investigation
A developing stronghold that changes according to the party’s decisions
Recurring NPCs, factions, and consequences
Dangerous encounters where teamwork matters
A continuing mystery involving Thayan activity and the undead
Opportunities for character development and personal stories
The campaign is already underway, but a new character can be introduced naturally. You would join at level 6.
Current Party
The present group includes:
Paladin
Barbarian
Warlock
Druid/Ranger
All classes and party roles are welcome. Choose something you are excited to play rather than feeling obligated to fill a particular mechanical gap.
Player Requirements
We ask for a reliable weekly commitment, a functional Discord microphone, and a willingness to participate in collaborative storytelling. Having a camera enabled would be appreciated, but it is a bonus rather than a strict requirement.
New and experienced players are equally welcome. Familiarity with Roll20 or the 2024 rules is helpful but not necessary.
Interested in Joining?

Hello I'm G. I'm recently available on Wednesdays around that time But I'm American and my timezone is CST which for me is like 1:00 PM. I love roleplaying in DnD and being apart of a story. And I have an idea for a character, but it's not there yet but if you allow the new WoW content, I'll probably go monk, mystic Brews to be specific. for a concept, I'll probably have him be a wandering craftsman seeking a legendary recipe for the brew of the Gods or something of that nature. My discord is chaotix209
