You arrive at the outskirts of Ashgate.
The once great city has been fallen to ruins after the Cataclysm, almost 100 years ago. The great tragedy, originating from the elven isles, that killed most of the people in the world and left those who survived in a world turned into chaos.
Yet the Black Keep of Ashgate still stands tall. Mostly.

You decided to make your way to Ashgate to join the Goldhawk Company.
Even signing a contract, pledging to assist in the rebuilding of Ashgate and its holdings.
For Glory and Fortune awaits.
Yet so does Death and Ruin.

Hey guys,
we are running a DnD 5th Edition text based [play by post] discord server.
West-marches style.
And we are looking for a few more foolish brave players.
The world is a mix of fantasy and post-apocalypse. We have a a bit of fun homebrew rules, with special magic surges, stress and afflictions as well traversing the wilds, reflecting the perilous struggle in the wasteland, as well as custom crafting rules.

The setting in itself can be pretty deadly if you don't play it smart so expect that your character may die and you have to restart. But we also do heavily encourage roleplay and character choices.
