Looking for a dnd party in Abilene, TX

Hello Abilene adventurers!

I am looking for some people to get together and play the new WOTC module WATERDEEP, DUNGEON OF THE MAD MAGE. If anyone is interested, let me know. I do not have very much experience DMing but I really am looking forward to this chance. 

Hi there. I recently moved to Abilene and coincidentally thought I should reach out to others after watching a few episodes of Critical Role.

I have read the phb front to back a few times, dm guide at least once, and tried to DM once but the group was never able to meet up again after the first time. I would like to DM again someday but I think I should be a player a few times to get a better feel for the game. 

Anyway, I am available. Are you looking to meet in person? Would you have better luck finding players using discord or something?

The guy who created this thread does have a group that meets on Sundays, I believe. I currently am running a full group that meets on Saturdays but we have been dancing around the idea of having the last Saturday of the month be OneShot/OnePage day where we play another Tabletop game. If you want, I could send you a message when we have one of those and fit you in.

I'm new to Abilene me and my girlfriend are in a group but we only meet once every two weeks and would like to play more often and are hoping to link up with a few more people to play with.

Hey other Abilene folks. It looks like this thread isn't dead. 

Is anyone seeing this needing another player. I would like to do some in person gaming. 

I'm new to abilene and a returning player to DnD. Anyone doing some in person gaming I could join.

Disclaimer: it has been almost 10 years since I played so might need to be taught anything new. 

Dyess AFB has DnD games two times a month. Not sure how they do it during Covid.

I'd love to help more but I've moved on from Abilene.

Know this thread is a little dead but here's a shot.  I live in Abilene and have been playing DnD for ~1 year, have DM'd and played just looking for another stable group as to be fair I've DM'd more than playing a PC.  I have made maps in Talespire and it's mainly what I use for our online sessions using Talespire/Discord, but in person works for me too but knowing all the covid nonsense it's 100% understandable if people prefer online.
