LGBT and beginner friendly group

Hi! If the title doesn't say it all, I'm looking for a new group to play with. Preferably one that's tolerant towards LGBT+ and casual/beginner members. I'll be operating on eastern standard times if that helps at all. 

I would like to join this. Would you be able to play on Mondays? Would this be online?

I would most likely be able to play every day of the week unless something comes up, and yes it would have to be online.
