Location/Timezone: Worldwide, we have DMs in Alaska, west coast (USA) and eastern and western Europe

Schedule: we normally have at least a game a day, but we are slowly growing that number as we grow

Roles sought: DMs and Players, we have a west marches server so the more the merrier.

Game style: from casual to hardcore, mostly role-play, but we have some hack'n'slash, We do Play by post (text), Roll20, Fantasy grounds, AND Voice over discord(TOTM).

Our server is mostly role-play and story oriented, but we welcome all!

You’ve been traveling through the caves for months. Drow raiders, silent in their homelands here in the Underdark, have been harassing your caravan for months. Ropers got a few others last week. Food’s running low, morale is down. Then you see it. Light, blinding light ahead, in the distance. The Ivory Tower; the last remnants of light in a shattered world. You’re finally here, you’re finally some measure of safe…

But..  it won’t stay that way long unless adventurers like you step up and join the fight against the darkness! Welcome to Ivoryhold, the Last Great City, and the bastion of what remains of the surface world.

Join our adventurers as they battle through the Underdark on heroic quests, solving mysteries both arcane and mundane; delving in dungeons full of rats, undead, Illithids, and everything in between; fighting on behalf of the city’s Adventurer’s Guild to keep the city protected from the likes of Drow, Duergar, Yuan-ti, and other denizens of the deep.

The shadows are controlling the majority of this city named ivory hold is looking to help keep balance in the world, for magic is at the brink, if we do not make action now, we may forever be lost in this change.

Whether that is the reason for joining, or have it be coin, we are glad to have you aboard.

We reward DM's with in character rewards (exp and gold), and have quite a bit of home-brew that our rules team works on constantly.

We allow MULTIPLE characters for all players and DM's as well, with DOWNTIME ACTIVITIES to spend time outside of sessions, as well as Role-play locations!

2x xp weekend for dm-xp starts this weekend! February 29th 2019, there will also be four giveaways over that time

Alright Ladies and Gents, we have a major update on our hands so listen up. We are releasing a few bits of homebrew, some have balance corrections within #dragons-advice or the class page itself that we edited. Players can now use the sane magic item crafting system DM's Now have a Better System of Rewards. Some CONCRETE WORLD LORE! We have gotten a fair few players, still welcoming them, however i am announcing now we are looking for dm's open to the shared world idea! We reward with xp, and gold! This coming up weekend will be double xp weekend for dm's as well! Good luck all!

So you've found this and you're curious what it is, well as an Admin on the server let me tell you a few cool things about it.

1.  It's a 5e game, which is great because if you're going to want to play in 5e.

2. We are about to initiate our 'second phase'  you know how awesome the hype was when The MARVEL MCU received after the first Avengers movie came out.  Ya! We're about to do our version of that.
What does that mean, well that means that the real story is just about to begin, you can be a part of that, shape our story.  Unlock our secrets, save lives, be the hero we need.

3.  We are constantly adding a variety of storylines, the one I'm running is about the sudden and excruciatingly painful fact that randomly some citizens are igniting on fire.  Who or what is doing that?  Well, come find out with the rest of the players.

4.  We have currently 7 different storylines going on, now these are all side stories apart from our main one.  But that means that there is variety, there is a story for you, I guarantee it.

5.  Most importantly, we have an active community of players, from Roleplay to...well more roleplay.  Add yours to the conversation.  Who knows, you can be apart of another players story.  In this adapting world your deeds, your words, your action or inaction will make a difference.

Hey! I am actually very interested in this! I just have one question: are players expected to play more than once a week? Or can I just jump into a session on Sunday? (My only day off). I also have a lot of experience DMing short stories, but I'm looking to actually run a character I have made up.
